I’ve posted a few things that are relevant to
Wellington—my home—over at our new site,
Your Wellington (
yourwellington.org). The one that has had the most feedback over the last 24 hours (both on the blog and on
Twitter) is
a post I made about free wifi in the city and the need to have a clear IT strategy.
The purpose behind the blog is to get views about Wellington, and
to see if a blog can be used as a tool for democracy and transparency for the city. I’m surprised that such a thing does not already exist for a city that had been a leader with online technology.
